Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
If you would like request a return, please contact me first at aurorabyellen@gmail.com. You will then receive the return instructions.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. For valuable pieces, insured and trackable shipping is strongly recommended.
Because all pieces are vintage or estate jewellery, minor signs of age or wear may be present and are considered part of their character.
